SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: All deliveries are handled by the Royal Mail (unless the customer has opted for local pickup). Please be aware that all times given below are estimated delivery times. There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.

In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Mainland - United Kingdom

We want to be as fair and as transparent as possible to our customers when it comes to shipping costs.

Even though shipping costs are exceptionally high, we have made the decision to charge a flat rate of £3.50, which is below the true Royal Mail Tracked 48 service cost.

This will be on orders under £50. All orders of £50 or more will benefit from free shipping.

Northern Ireland/ Republic of Ireland

As an exciting new company, we are already actively working on bringing MissionZ Health to Northern and the Republic of Ireland. We will be expanding our shipping capabilities, and NI is absolutely on our roadmap. We have already begun navigating the logistics, regulations and protocols to make this happen, and we're committed to serving customers in your region as soon as we can. We truly appreciate your interest and can't wait to ship our zero-compromise supplements to you in the near future!

Channel Islands

Unfortunately, due to several regulation issues we are not currently shipping to the Channel Islands. However, as per NI and RoI, the Channel Islands are absolutely on our roadmap.

Rest of World

Great news! As a newly formed small business, we're already taking exciting steps toward becoming an international organisation. We've begun making enquiries with our Government Export Business departments to fully understand the requirements and protocols for shipping to Northern Ireland and beyond.
